- LOCAL WEDDINGS. MR. A. E. GAMBRILL and MISS S. CADMAN. The wedding took place on Wednesday, at Christ Church, Dover, of Miss Edith Susan Elizabeth Cadman, daughter of Mrs. J. Cadman, with Mr. Arthur Ernest Gambrill, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gambrill, of Temple Ewell. The officiating clergyman was the Rev. A. J. Chapman. The bride, who was given away by her brother, Mr. Henry Cadman, wore a gown of grey poplin trimmed with brilliants and lace, and a black hat underlined with cream crepe de chine and black silk ribbon, and fastened by rosettes in the front. Her bridesmaid was Miss Florence Sharman (cousin of the bridegroom); and the best man "was Mr. Frederick Gambrill (brother of the bridegroom. The carriages were supplied by Mr. W. Nash, of High Street, Dover. Among the wedding presents were many useful and decorative articles given by numerous relatives and friends. [1]
