The death took place recently of Mr. James Wilkinson, a well known resident of Rollands Plains. Aged 70 years, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Wilkinson, who came from England to settle at Stroud. It was at this centre that deceased was born. Some 49 years ago he married Miss Mary Ann Redman, at Raymond Terrace. For some years the late Mr. Wilkinson was engaged in the cedar cutting trade on the Williams River, and engaged in farming at Gloucester and Dungog. Rollands Plains was his next move, where he took up farming lands just on 29 years ago. ? 'Advocate.' | ||
