| GAMBRILL- ARTHUR WALLACE THEODORE late of Morisset- Grocer. THIS IS THE LAST WILL AHD TESTAMENT of me ARTHUR WALLACE THEODORE GAMBRILL of Morisset in the State of New south Wales I REVOKE all wills heretofore made by me I appoint my wife ELIZA GLADYS GAMBRILL and my son JOHN CHARLES GAMBRILL Executrix and Executor respectively and Trustees of this my will, herein called my Trustee's. I DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my property both real end personal to my trustees on trust to permit my wife the said Eliza Gladys Gambrill to enjoy the rents end profits of my land and to receive the nett profits of the businesses during her lifetime and on her death for my son the said John Charles Gambrill my three daughters Gwendoline Clarice Gambrill, Gladys Winifred Pope and Mary Dawn Gambrill and my niece Ivy Gladys Milton in equal shares I empower my trustees to carry on my business in the the manner as if actual owners thereof and to employ any manager including my said son when is to receive a fair remuneration for his services in addition (-x---- J.J.WATKINS, J.LOWER J.P.) to his share in my estate I EMPOWER my Trustees to sell the whole or any part of my property and to invest the proceeds of any such sale in any trustee securities and to hold the Income therefrom on the same trusts as are herein declared. I direct my Trustees to pay my Just debts funeral and testamentary expenses from any part of my personal estate.
